The dormitory is a crucial element in the Islamic boarding school (pesantren) system, serving as a center for students’ moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social development. However, Pesantren Persis 138 Cikijing faces several challenges in dormitory management, including suboptimal communication between administrators and parents, limited human resources, inadequate facilities, and external environmental influences. This community service program aimed to improve the effectiveness of dormitory management through training, workshops, and supervision-based mentoring. The implementation methods included needs analysis, dormitory management training, effective communication workshops, facility management assistance, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The results indicate improvements in administrators’ managerial skills, the establishment of a more structured communication system with parents, the development of strategies to manage external influences, and initial steps in facility improvement. The program’s impact was reflected in increased discipline, independence, learning comfort, and stronger parental involvement. Therefore, dormitory management mentoring has proven effective in strengthening student development and can serve as a model for other Islamic boarding schools.
