Abstract

The lack of time management competence poses a significant challenge for teachers in Klari, Karawang, impacting their work effectiveness and the balance between professional and personal life. This community service activity aimed to enhance the practical knowledge and skills of teachers in managing time effectively. The method used was a participatory training for 20 teachers and madrasah leaders, which combined lectures, discussions, and case study simulations to provide a comprehensive understanding. The results showed high participant enthusiasm and overwhelmingly positive feedback, with 100% of participants stating the program was highly beneficial. It is concluded that this training successfully achieved its objective of improving time management competence, thus making a tangible contribution to supporting the performance and well-being of teachers.
