Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kelompok psiko-edukasi dengan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) terhadap body image. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen berjenis pre-eksperimen, yang menggunakan model pre-post one group design. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan delapan siswi berdasarkan hasil pre-test terendah Multidimensional Body- Self Related Questtionaire (MBSRQ). Pengadaptasian instrumen Multidimensional Body-Self Related Questtionaire (MBSRQ), dilakukan dengan cara back translation yang dilakukan oleh penerjemah yang bersertifikat. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan, bahwa Ho ditolak dengan nilai asymp. Sig = 0.012 < nilai Sig α = 0.05 (2-tailed), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok psikoedukasi dengan CBT terhadap body image siswi kelas X SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta.
