Editor-in-Chief

JoC: Journal of Castle Kelompok Peneliti Muda, Universitas Negeri Jakarta was established as a scientific publication platform to disseminate conference outputs organized by the Kelompok Peneliti Muda (KPM), in collaboration with the Directorate of Student Affairs and Alumni of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The journal serves as a medium for publishing scientific papers, research findings, and scholarly ideas presented at academic conferences, thereby supporting broader knowledge dissemination. JoC was first published on October 26, 2025, marking an important milestone in strengthening academic publication activities within Kelompok Peneliti Muda, Universitas Negeri Jakarta environment.

Since its establishment, JoC has been developed with a strong commitment to maintaining the quality and credibility of its publications. The journal is supported by key institutional stakeholders, including the Directorate of Student Affairs and Alumni, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM), and the editorial leadership of Journal of Castle. This collaboration plays an essential role in strengthening journal governance, publication workflows, and academic standards.

In February 2026, the journal officially changed its name to the Journal of Castle. This renaming reflects the journal’s ongoing development and its commitment to a clearer identity and wider academic recognition, while maintaining continuity in its editorial policies and publication quality.

The continuous development of JoC reflects the collective efforts and support of many parties, particularly the organizing committee of Kelompok Peneliti Muda conferences, journal editors, reviewers, authors, and institutional partners. Under the leadership of the Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Firmanul Catur Wibowo, the journal is expected to continue growing as a professional and accountable scientific publication.
