Abstract
The Human Rights stated in the United Nation Chartered are believed to be the universal ones. Meanwhile, Alquran as the source of all life aspects of human beings including human rights. Historically, Alquran comes before the United Nation Human Rights Charter.
The main purpose of this paper is to highlight the idea that Alquran is the primary resource of human rights including the United Nation Human Rights. This study is conducted by applying qualitative library research. The result of the study emphasizes that human rights in Alquran are the basic paradigma of the human rights of the united nation due to the fundamental and essential human philosophical values coverage in the Alquran.

Abstrak
Hak Asasi Manusia yang dinyatakan dalam United Nation Chartered adalah semua aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk hak asasi manusia. Secara historis, Al-Qur’an telah meletakan pondasi untuk menjunjung harkat martabat manusia dengan menghargai hak-haknya jauh sebelum Piagam Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana al-Qur’an menyebutkna hak-hak asasi manusia yang erat kaitannya dalam kehidupan social. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, dengan pendekatan tasfir tematik. Hasil penelitian menekankan bahwa hak asasi manusia dalam Al-Qur’an adalah paradigma dasar dari hak asasi manusia bangsa yang bersatu karena nilai filosofis manusia yang fundamental dan esensial dalam Al-Qur’an.
