Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fungsi manajemen yang diterapkan di SMA Al-Hikmah Pulogadung Jakarta Timur, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Disimpulkan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Islam menengah atas di SMA Al-Hikmah; Fungsi Manajemen proses pembelajaran dan manajemen kurikulum baik. Fungsi manajemen kesiswaan tidak baik. Fungsi manajemen sangat tidak baik pada manajemen sarana hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat.
