THE SATISFACTION COMPARISON OF NON CASH HANDS ASSISTANCE CARD RECIPIENTS AND RASTRA RECIPIENTS IN CAKUNG DISTRICT, EAST JAKARTA

The purpose of this research was to analyze the level of Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) and Beras Sejahtera (RASTRA) recipient satisfaction, also to analyze whether the level of BPNT recipients satisfaction is higher than the level of RASTRA recipients satisfaction. The research methods used is survey with multistage random sampling to take the number of research samples. The samples selected by applying proportional sampling dan random sampling. The data compiled by interview used structured questionnaires. Data analysis methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and z analysis hypothesis testing. According to the research result, it can be found that the CSI satisfaction rate of BPNT recipients is 74.3%, while the satisfaction rate of RASTRA recipients is 62.9%. The result of z hypothesis testing calculation is significant on the 5% level. The interpretation of CSI rate of BPNT recipients was categorized as ‘cause for concern’, meanwhile the rate of RASTRA was categorized as ‘very poor’. Alternatively, the government should evaluate and increase the number of food supplies and e-Warong in BPNT Program in order to increase satisfaction rate of the program recipients. It is intended to reduce inconvenient and reduce BPNT recipients risk which did not receive the food supply.
