Abstract

Evaluasi Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan peserta (evaluasi level reaction) terhadap Penyelenggara pelatihan e-learning,  menganalisis tingkat pemahaman peserta (evaluasi level learning), menganalisis perubahan perilaku peserta (evaluasi level behavior), dan menganalisis dampak perubahan perilaku peserta (evaluasi level result). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Evaluasi Kirkpatrik empat level.  Hasil dari penelitian ini  dari keempat level evaluasi telah memenuhi kriteria berhasil tetapi masih ada perbaikan yang harus ditindaklanjuti oleh BPPK.
