ABSTRAK
Kemampuan kepemimpinan dalam sebuah sekolah akan tercipta dengan baik bila ada kerja sama yang baik antar semua warga sekolah. Salah satu faktor yang memperngaruhi tingkat keberhasilan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat terlihat dari motivasi kerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran dalam kelas. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan melihat kinerja guru, pemerintah adalah melakukan reorientasi pengelolaan pendidikan, yakni dari memperbaiki dari segala sisi termasuk kemampuan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru dalam setiap proses pembelajaran yang akan mempengaruhi pula kinerja guru di sebuah sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan positif langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di sekolah yang dipimpin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik sebar angket. Dengan menggunakan sampling fraction per cluster, diperoleh responden sebanyak 150 guru dari jumlah populasi seluruhnya 4816 guru se-JT2. Setelah melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan sitem SPSS 16.0 dapat terlihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara X1 terhadap Y memiliki hasi lregresi nilai F 62,888 nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. X2 terhadap Y hasil regresi nilai F 77,131, nilai sig. 0,000<0,05, dan variabel X1 terhadap X2 hasil regresi nilai F 147,140, nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. X1 berpengaruh langsung terhadap Y sebesar 29,3%, X2 terhadap Y sebesar 33,8%, dan X1 terhadap Y sebesar 49,5%.
ABSTRAK
The leadership ability in a school will be created well if there is good cooperation between all school members. One of the factors that influence the level of success of the principal's leadership can be seen from the work motivation of teachers in the learning process in the classroom. To improve the quality of education and see teacher performance, the government is reorienting the management of education, namely from improving all aspects including the leadership abilities of school principals and teacher motivation in each learning process which will also affect teacher performance in a school. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct positive relationship of principal leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) in the school being led. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire scatter technique. By using sampling fraction per cluster, it was obtained that 150 teachers were respondents from a total population of 4816 teachers throughout JT2. After analyzing using the SPSS 16.0 system, it can be seen that there is a direct influence between X1 and Y which has a regression result of the F value of 62.888 sig. 0.000 <0.05. X2 to Y regression results F value 77.131, the value of sig. 0.000 <0.05, and variable X1 to X2 regression results with F value 147.140, sig. 0.000 <0.05. X1 has a direct effect on Y by 29.3%, X2 for Y by 33.8%, and X1 for Y by 49.5%.
