It means Insight: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling does not receive any income from the visitors.  Therefore, Insight: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling collected the Article Processing Charges (APCs) from the authors institutes or research funding bodies. This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee.

Article Publication: 350.000.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
 
Refund Policy
The article publication fee is not refundable under any circumstances if the author withdraws the article or similar.
