Gambaran Self-Compassion Siswa di SMA Negeri Se-Jakarta Pusat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran self-compassion siswa di SMA Negeri se-Jakarta Pusat. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMA Negeri se-Jakarta Pusat sebanyak 1348 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik multistage random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase Hasil penelitian menunjukkan self-compassion siswa di SMA Negeri se-Jakarta Pusat cukup baik, dengan sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 68.47%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih perlu diadakan peningkatan karena masih ada kecenderungan untuk melakukan kritik diri, merasa terasing, dan melebih-lebihkan masalah dan perasaan saat mengalami masalah. Oleh sebab itu, guru BK perlu memberikan layanan preventif dan responsif untuk meningkatkan self-compassion pada siswa melalui layanan klasikal maupun layanan individual.
