Hubungan antara Self-Care dan Professional Quality of Life Pada Guru Bimbingan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-care dan professional quality of life (ProQOL) pada Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di DKI Jakarta. Populasi penelitian merupakan Guru BK pada jenjang SMP, SMA, dan SMK. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 185 Guru BK yang diperoleh dengan menggunakkan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian menggunakkan metode korelasional dengan alat ukur berupa skala kuisioner professional quality of life scale dan professional self-care scale. Pada variabel self-care, 91% Guru BK memiliki tingkat self-care tinggi. Pada variabel ProQOL, diperoleh kategori sedang pada compassion satisfaction (CS), serta kategori rendah pada burnout (BO) dan secondary traumatic stress (STS). Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara self-care dan CS, sedangkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara self-care dan BO, tetapi tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara self-care dan STS. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara self-care dan professional quality of life, melainkan hanya terdapat hubungan antara self-care dengan CS dan BO pada guru BK di DKI Jakarta
