Hubungan antara Kongruensi Karier Remaja-Orangtua dan Aspirasi Karier pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kongruensi karier remaja- orang tua dan aspirasi karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 291 mahasiswa tingkat akhir FIP UNJ. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik convinience sampling. Penggumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan penyebarkan instrumen Adolescent-Parent Career Congruence Scale (APCC) dan instrumen Korean-Career Aspiration Scale (K-CASR) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Uji validitas menunjukkan hasil bahwa semua butir valid, kecuali K-CASR pada butir item 3, item 7 dan 14 yang tidak diikutsertakan. Uji reliabilitas pada APCC sebesar 0.933, dan pada K-CASR sebesar 0.887. Hasil uji korelasi antar aspek kedua variabel berada dialam tingkat hubungan sangat rendah adalah complementary congruence dan achievement aspiration dengan hasil 0.182, supplementary congruence dan achievement aspiration berada pada dengan hasil 0.141, supplementary congruence dan leadership aspiration dengan hasil 0.189, serta supplementary congruence dan education aspiration dengan hasil 0.155. Hasil uji korelasi antar aspek yang berada di dalam tingkat hubungan rendah adalah complementary congruence dan leadership dengan hasil 0.238 dan complementary congruence dan education aspiration dengan hasil 0.242. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kongruensi karier remaja-orang tua dan aspirasi karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir di FIP UNJ dengan hasil koefisien korelasi 0.502 dan signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05).
