Bimbingan Karir untuk Meningkatkan Orientasi Masa Depan Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman orientasi masa depan siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan design one group before- after. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 14 siswa kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orienstasi masa depan siswa SD Al-Irhaam meningkat setelah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan karir selama dua sesi. Dengan demikian bahwa bimbingan karir efektif dalam memberikan pemahaman orientasi masa depan siswa pada aspek motivasi, perencanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap motivasi mencakup motif, minat dan tujuan yang berkaitan dengan orientasi masa depan; tahap perencanaan terkait dengan penentuan tujuan, penyusunan rencana dan melaksanakan rencana; dan tahap evaluasi mecakup tahap dimana siswa melakukan penilaian terhadap tingkah laku yang ditampilkan, serta memberikan penguatan dari diri sendiri.
