Hubungan Adaptabilitas Karier dan Kebahagiaan pada Generasi Z

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanalisis hubungan antara adaptabilitas karier dan kebahagiaan pada generasi Z. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa akhir di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 mahasiswa akhir angkatan 2018 & 2019 yang sudah mengikuti PKM/PKL/Magang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan kriteria khusus pada responden secara daring melalui Google Form. Instrumen Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS) dan Collage Student Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire (CSSWBQ) yang telah diadaptasi dan diuji validitas serta reabilitas. Hasil penelitian secara umum didapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa akhir FIP memiliki skor rata-rata sebesar 97,18 dan kebahagiaan sebesar 86.06. Hasil uji kedua variabel memiliki keterhubungan yang signifikan dan berkorelasi ke arah positif dengan ketagori tingkat hubungan yang kuat (nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien r = 0,607). Maknanya adalah generasi Z memiliki kesadaran dalam memilih karier, tampak pada perilaku ketika menjalani pendidikan dengan rasa bersyukur terhadap lingkungan pendidikan yang dimilikinya saat ini, sehingga implikasi yang dapat diberikan kepada mahasiswa berupa pelatihan dan pengembangan adaptabilitas karier pada keingintahuan karier dan akademik efikasi pada peningkatan kebahagiaan.
