Critical Thinking of Bystanders in Responding to Bullying in Junior High Schools: A Systematic Literature Review

Bullying di tingkat SMP masih menjadi masalah serius, di mana sebagian besar kasus terjadi di hadapan bystander yang tidak bertindak. Peran aktif bystander sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan berpikir kritis yang memungkinkan mereka mengevaluasi situasi dan mengambil keputusan etis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis bystander dalam menyikapi bullying di SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menyaring 173 artikel menggunakan kerangka PRISMA dan fokus pada publikasi tahun 2020–2025. Sebanyak 10 artikel relevan dianalisis, mencakup program seperti STAC, pelatihan empati, peer advocacy, dan storytelling yang terbukti meningkatkan peran aktif bystander. Strategi pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan sosial, emosional, dan kognitif secara sistemik dapat secara efektif meningkatkan berpikir kritis dan partisipasi prososial bystander di SMP. Intervensi edukatif yang berbasis empati dan berpikir kritis efektif membentuk siswa sebagai agen perubahan sosial yang berani bertindak dalam konteks bullying.
