Analisis Perkembangan Karir Murid Kelas XII SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta Berdasarkan AKPD

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan karir murid kelas XII SMA Negeri 99
Jakarta berdasarkan hasil Asesmen Kebutuhan Peserta Didik (AKPD). Penelitian
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis deskriptif persentase.
Responden penelitian berjumlah 166 murid kelas XII SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta yang mengisi
instrumen AKPD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bidang karir merupakan kebutuhan
yang paling dominan pada seluruh kelas, dengan persentase berkisar antara 34,94% hingga
44,28%. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya pemahaman tentang dunia
kerja, prosedur melamar pekerjaan, tes seleksi pegawai, keinginan bekerja setelah lulus untuk
membantu ekonomi keluarga, serta rencana karir yang belum stabil. Temuan ini menunjukkan
bahwa sebagian besar murid masih berada pada tahap eksplorasi karir dan belum mencapai
kematangan karir yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan layanan bimbingan dan konseling
karir yang terarah dan berkelanjutan untuk membantu murid menyusun perencanaan karir yang
lebih jelas dan realistis.
