Article Processing Charges (APCs)

All accepted presenters at ISHEL 2025 are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) for the inclusion of their full paper in the official conference proceedings.

• Standard APC: IDR 500,000
• Early Bird APC: IDR 300,000
  Available for payments completed before 10 June 2025
• Purpose: The APC covers editorial management, peer review, and the online publication of your full paper.

Eligibility: The APC applies to all accepted presenters, as full paper publication is an integral part of participation in ISHEL 2025.

Payment Deadline:
All payments must be completed by 1 July 2025.

Waiver Policy:
A limited number of APC waivers are available for:

• Presenters from underrepresented regions
• Authors with outstanding scholarly merit

To apply for a waiver, please contact the organizing committee at ltppgseminar@unj.ac.id before 10 June 2025 with a short justification and supporting documentation.

Payment Instructions:
Detailed payment procedures, including bank transfer information, will be sent directly to accepted authors via email.

Note: The equivalent amount in foreign currency may vary depending on exchange rates.
