ANALYSIS OF LITERARY LEARNING AS A MEDIA FOR CULTIVATING ANTI-BULLYING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION TEACHERS

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of training on the use of literature learning as a medium for instilling anti-bullying in early childhood education teachers in Bahagia Village. The method used is descriptive qualitative. This study involved a series of material delivery activities, interactive workshops, and ongoing evaluation of 25 early childhood education teachers in Bahagia Village, Bekasi Regency. Data were collected through participatory observation, pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure conceptual understanding, and analysis of the results of the formulation of anti-bullying values in literary works by teachers. The results of the study showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of the concept of bullying and their ability to identify and formulate anti-bullying values in literary learning. The conclusion of this study is that training on the use of literature learning as a medium for instilling anti-bullying in early childhood education teachers is effective in equipping early childhood teachers with the skills needed to utilize literature as a tool for instilling anti-bullying values and contributing to the creation of a safer and more positive learning environment for early childhood.
