Article Processing Charges (APCs)

This journal operates under a Open Access model. All accepted articles are subject to a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) to support:

   1. Rigorous peer-review management

   2. Professional editing and typesetting services

   3. Digital platform maintenance and long-term archiving

   4. Immediate dissemination via open-access publishing

Article Processing Charge (APC): 50 USD

For reviewers, we will provide a discount voucher for each qualified review, and the voucher is effective within one year. Please note that the voucher is only applied for submissions in this journal, and the authors may use one or several vouchers for one submission.

Note: Article Processing Charges are required after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. 

The journal will not issue refunds of any kind after the acceptance of the manuscript.

Fee Waiver Policy

Aligned with COPE guidelines, we ensure financial circumstances do not hinder knowledge dissemination. 

Full or partial waivers may be granted under the following criteria:

Eligible Applicants:

      ● Unfunded students (institutional certification required)

      ● Authors affected by humanitarian crises (e.g., conflict, natural disasters)

Application Process:

       1. Declare waiver request in the cover letter during submission

       2. Submit formal application letter (research significance + financial hardship statement)

       3. Provide financial verification from institution/funding body

       4. Editorial Office will notify results via email within 14 working days

Note: Waiver decisions do not influence manuscript evaluation; all judgments are strictly merit-based.
