This study developed Teman Nyaman, a website-based platform integrating Psychological First Aid (PFA) as a medium for emotion regulation among students at SMAN 66 Jakarta. The study was motivated by the high psychological pressure faced by adolescents, which often leads to mental health problems and negative behaviors due to poor emotion regulation. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). A trial involving 76 students resulted in an average response score of 89.13%, categorized as “Highly Feasible.” The findings conclude that Teman Nyaman is effective as a PFA-based emotional regulation medium that supports students’ mental health, and it is recommended for further development with improved accessibility and school collaboration.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengembangkan Teman Nyaman, sebuah media berbasis website yang mengintegrasikan Psychological First Aid (PFA) sebagai sarana regulasi emosi bagi siswa remaja di SMAN 66 Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh tingginya tekanan psikologis pada remaja yang sering kali berujung pada masalah kesehatan mental dan perilaku negatif akibat regulasi emosi yang buruk. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Pengujian website dilakukan pada 76 siswa dan dianalisis secara kuantitaif deskriptif menunjukkan hasil rata-rata respon sebesar 89,13% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Teman Nyaman layak diguunakan sebagai media regulasi emosi berbasis PFA yang mendukung kesehatan mental siswa, serta direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan peningkatan aksesibilitas dan kolaborasi pihak sekolah.
