Bahan Belajar Mandiri Pengoperasian BigBlueButton Bagi Mentor/Pengampu Program Guru Pembelajar

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa bahan belajar mandiri pengoperasian BigBlueButton berupa video pembelajaran, agar mempermudah mentor/pengampu dalam melakukan pengoperasian BigBlueButton. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mentor/pengampu Program Guru Pembelajar mengenai pengoperasian BigBlueButton, dikarenakan kurang maksimalnya pelatihan yang diberikan oleh PPPPTK. Padahal, tugas mentor/pengampu diwajibkan membuat kelas pertemuan web conference BigBlueButton dalam pembelajaran moda daring. Prosedur pengembangan ini mengikuti tahapan dari model pengembangan berorientasi produk oleh Baker & Schutz. Model ini dipilih karena berfokus pada produk dan memberikan prosedur yang sistematis, yang terdiri dari 7 tahapan. Produk ini melewati 4 tahap uji coba yaitu, uji coba ahli, uji coba satu-satu, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba kelompok besar. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan video pembelajaran pengoperasian BigBlueButton ini sudah termasuk kategori sangat baik dan dapat digunakan oleh mentor/pengampu Program Guru Pembelajar.

This development research aims to produce a self-learning product of BigBlueButton operating in the form of learning video, to facilitate mentors/instructor in conducting BigBlueButton operation. The background of this research is the lack of knowledge of mentors/instructor Guru Pembelajar Program about the operation of BigBlueButton, due to lack of training maximized by PPPPTK. In fact, the task of mentors/instructor required to make a class meeting BigBlueButton web conference in the learning mode online. This development procedure follows the stages of the product-oriented development model by Baker & Schutz. This model is chosen because it focuses on the product and provides a systematic procedure, which consists of 7 stages. This product passes through four experimental stages: expert trials, one-to-one trials, small group trials, and large group trials. Based on the results of these trials, it can be concluded that the product development of learning video operating BigBlueButton is already included very good category and can be used by mentors/instructor Guru Pembelajar Program.
