Efektivitas Penggunaan Peta Konsep pada Kelas Pelatihan BTPN Syariah dalam meningkatkan Motivasi

Saat ini kelas pelatihan dan dunia pembelajaran diwarnai dengan berbagai metode dan strategi baru untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Begitu juga dengan kelas pelatihan di BTPN Syariah yang mencoba terus menerus mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Peta konsep sebagai salah satu strategi yang dipercaya dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta pelatihan dalam mengorganisasikan informasi terkait produk, proses dan prosedur bisnis BTPN Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas peta konsep pada kelas pelatihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuasi eksperimen one group pretest posttest only dengan melibatkan satu grup peserta pelatihan Basic TUR BTPN Syariah, sebanyak 23 orang. Data diolah dengan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan peta konsep terbukti efektif meningkatkan hasil evaluasi pelatihan dan kemampuan membuat peta konsep. Namun, hasil uji T terhadap motivasi belajar menunjukkan tidak efektifnya peta konsep digunakan dalam pelatihan Basic TUR BTPN Syariah.
Currently world-class training and learning colored with various methods and new strategies to optimize the learning process. Training classes at the BTPN Sharia continuously try to optimize the learning process. Concept maps as one of the strategies that are believed increase the understanding of trainees in organizing product-related information, business processes and procedures BTPN Sharia. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of concept maps in training class. The research was conducted by a quasi-experimental one group pretest posttest only with the involvement of 23 Basic TUR trainees. The data were processed with inferential statistics. The results showed that the application of concept maps effectively improve the results of the evaluation of training and the ability to create a concept map. However, the T test results to demonstrate the ineffectiveness of learning motivation concept maps used in the training of Basic TUR BTPN Sharia
