Pengembangan Pembelajaran Bauran (Blended Learning) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) digunakan dalam bidang pembelajaran, sebagai sarana pendukung agar individu, kelompok, maupun organisasi dapat memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang lebih baik. Pemanfaatan TIK ini tentunya dirancang dengan sistemik dan sistematis agar teknologi tersebut dapat memberi nilai tambah terhadap proses belajar. Salah satu contoh integrasi TIK dalam pembelajaran adalah munculnya produk pembelajaran inovatif seperti pembelajaran daring (e-learning) yang memayungi pembelajaran bauran (blended learning). Oleh dasar tersebut, penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah prototype produk pembelajaran bauran (blended learning) untuk mata kuliah Pengantar Organisasi Belajar di lingkungan program studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan blended learning yang sesuai untuk mata kuliah Pengantar Organisasi Belajar. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) melalui tiga tahap yaitu eksplorasi (exploration), penyusunan (enactment), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini menunjukkan hasil dengan kriteria baik pada produk hasil pengembangan melalui ujicoba ahli (expert review) dan ujicoba pengguna (one-to-one dan small group).
Information and communication technology is used in the field of learning and instruction as a means of support for individual, team, and organization to get a better learning experience. This ICT application is designed with systematic and systemic way to provide added value for learning process. One of the example of ICT integration in learning process is the emergence of innovative learning products such as e-learning that embeds blended learning. On the basis of this, the development research was conducted with the aim to produce a prototype of blended learning products for the introduction to learning organization course in the Educational Technology undergraduate program, State University of Jakarta. The focus of this research is to develop appropriate blended learning for Introductory to Learning Organization course. This development research is carried out by research method of development with Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) model through three stages: exploration, enactment, and evaluation. The results of this development study show results with good criteria on product development through expert review and one-to-one and small group test.
