About the Journal 

JRMSI – Jurnal Riset Manajemen Sains Indonesia is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal established in 2010 and published by Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. The journal serves as an academic platform for disseminating original research and advancing theoretical, empirical, and methodological developments in management science.

JRMSI welcomes scholarly contributions in various areas of management, including marketing management, financial management, human resource management, strategic management, operations management, and interdisciplinary studies relevant to contemporary business and organizational challenges.

The journal aims to facilitate meaningful academic dialogue among researchers, scholars, practitioners, and policymakers by publishing high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of management knowledge and practice at national and international levels.

JRMSI is nationally accredited at SINTA 4 (S4) and indexed in the Science and Technology Index (SINTA), Indonesia's national research information system.

JRMSI is published twice a year, in April and October. The journal accepts manuscripts written exclusively in English to enhance international scholarly communication, broaden research visibility, and promote the global dissemination of knowledge in management science.
