Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran Teaching Factory (TeFa) dalam mempersiapkan siswa SMK untuk angkatan kerja tahun 2030. Meskipun penelitian sebelumnya telah mengkaji implementasi Teaching Factory, evaluasi komprehensif yang mengukur reaksi langsung dan hasil pembelajaran aktual masih jarang dilakukan. Penelitian ini mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut dengan menerapkan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesiapan kerja dan pencapaian kompetensi siswa setelah mengikuti program Teaching Factory di Jurusan Teknik Otomotif SMKN 26 Jakarta. Evaluasi difokuskan pada Level 1 (Reaksi), yang mengukur kepuasan, motivasi, dan kenyamanan siswa, dan Level 2 (Pembelajaran), yang menilai penguasaan kompetensi teknis melalui penilaian magang industri. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner siswa, wawancara guru, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen hasil tes kompetensi dari 17 siswa kelas 12. Evaluasi Level 1 mengungkapkan respons siswa yang sangat positif, dengan skor rata-rata keseluruhan 89,41%, menunjukkan kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap fasilitas dan materi yang relevan dengan industri, meskipun paparan terhadap teknologi masa depan seperti sistem pencocokan warna berbasis AI masih terbatas. Evaluasi Level 2 menunjukkan pencapaian kompetensi yang sangat baik, dengan skor penilaian industri rata-rata 88,1 dan 16 dari 17 siswa diklasifikasikan sebagai "Baik," yang menegaskan transfer keterampilan teknis dan soft skill yang efektif. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa Teaching Factory secara efektif membangun kompetensi teknis dan sikap kerja profesional siswa. Namun, integrasi teknologi berorientasi masa depan ke dalam kurikulum sangat dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan ekosistem pembelajaran adaptif untuk memastikan lulusan siap menghadapi tuntutan tenaga kerja tahun 2030 yang terus berkembang.
