Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials for writing skills in learning anecdotal texts in class X using the CIRC model based on padlet media. The research compiled is a type of research with the Research and Development development method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data were obtained through needs analysis, observations, interviews with teachers, questionnaires for analyzing teacher and student needs, analysis of teaching materials, design of teaching materials, development and preparation of teaching materials and validation of teaching materials by material experts and media experts. The product feasibility test was carried out by one material expert and one media expert, as well as the responses of the Indonesian language teacher and 24 students of class X SMAN 31 Jakarta. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of the study were obtained through the validation stage of teaching material products by material experts and got a score of 92.3% and the assessment of media experts was 95.7% and Indonesian language teachers were 94.6%. In addition, students also give an assessment and get 90% results. Based on this assessment, it can be concluded that the product Development of Anecdotal Text Writing Skills Teaching Materials with the CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) Model Based on Padlet Media in class X SMA is very feasible to use in the learning process.
