Abstrak

Pertunjukan seni di tanah air masih berjuang untuk mengejar animo masyarakat karena banyaknya konser musik yang lebih menarik perhatian anak muda, sejak pandemi covid-19 berakhir. Seniman menaruh perhatian dan minat terhadap visualisasi seni pertunjukan tari. Seniman memilih Tari Piwuruk yang menceritakan bagaimana keadaan ketika menghadapi situasi sulit. Seniman berharap karya yang penulis buat dapat menggugah para penggiat seni untuk kembali meramaikan pertunjukan tari seiring dengan maraknya konser pertunjukan musik. Seniman menggunakan metode practice-led research. Konsep penciptaannya menggunakan kepentingan seni pragmatis, interes bentuk figuratif, dan prinsip estetika kontemporer. Seniman memilih untuk memvisualisasikan tariannya dengan menggunakan media fotografi esai sehingga rangkaian gerakan menjadi satu kesatuan cerita dan menggunakan pendekatan motion blur untuk memberikan kesan gerakan dinamis dalam fotonya.
