History of The Journal

Sarwahita: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat was first published in print in 2004 under the management of the Institute for Community Service (Lembaga Pengabdian Masyarakat, LPM) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), with Print ISSN (P-ISSN) 0216-7484.

In October 2016, the journal’s management was transferred to the Institute for Research and Community Service (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, LPPM) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. In early 2017, Sarwahita transitioned to the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to facilitate online journal management and publication. The journal is available at https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/sarwahita.

Sarwahita subsequently obtained its Electronic ISSN (E-ISSN) 2597-8926, as recorded under registration number 0005.25978926/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2017.09, issued by the relevant national authority.
