We receive various articles discussing conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. 3. What if there is no email notification after submitting an article?
   To be careful if a system error occurs, the author is expected to include the WhatsApp number in the article manuscript
4. Is there an article processing fee?

5. How long does it take from submitting an article to publication?
   The time required is 1 to 3 months, depending on the time needed by reviewers to review the article and the time needed by the author to make revisions
6. When will the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) be issued?
   A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be given if the editor has approved the article for publication. There is no fast track. Every article need to be evaluated by editor (and reviewer).
