CELEBRATION is the official community service journal of the Jakarta State University sports science faculty. The journal provides a forum for high-quality educational research intended to have a major impact on policy and practice for a national and international audience.

CELEBRATION publishes research that reports educational practices in all appropriate contexts, but not limited to school physical education, performance sports, community sports, and health programs.

Pedagogy in this context refers to the interacting and interdependent components of knowledge and curriculum, learners and learning, as well as teachers/trainers, teaching/training, and teacher/trainer education. The journal particularly welcomes papers that consider the interaction of each of these components and their practices in specific contexts.
