STUDI LITERATUR PENGGUNAAN PERANGKAT IMPLEMENTASI BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN KONSTRUKSI DI INDONESIA

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is one of the most influential technological innovations in the implementation of construction in Indonesia. However, the level of BIM implementation in Indonesia has not been maximized and tends to be low. This is influenced by serious problems related to BIM technology, especially BIM implementation devices. The research was conducted with the intention of exploring and exploring further related to the use of BIM implementation tools in the implementation of construction in Indonesia. Literature studies are used to collect information related to BIM implementation tools in construction implementation based on previous research. The results showed that BIM implementation tools in the implementation of construction in Indonesia consist of software and hardware equipped with an Intelligent System. Software that is widely used is Autodesk Revit, while the hardware that is widely used is Drone and Terrestrial Lasser Scanner (TLS) with Intelligent System. The use of these devices is more widely used to create 3D visualizations of buildings, facilitate documentation, and quantity take off.

ABSTRAK

Building Information Modeling (BIM) menjadi salah satu inovasi teknologi yang sangat berpengaruh dalam penyelenggaraan konstruksi di Indonesia. Namun, tingkat implementasi BIM di Indonesia belum maksimal dan cenderung rendah. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi masalah serius terkait teknologi BIM, terutama perangkat implementasi BIM. Penelitian dilakukan dengan maksud mengekplorasi dan menggali lebih jauh terkait penggunaan perangkat implementasi BIM dalam penyelenggaraan kostruksi di Indonesia. Studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait perangkat implementasi BIM dalam penyelenggaraan konstruksi berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat implementasi BIM dalam penyelenggaraan konstruksi di Indonesia terdiri dari, perangkat lunak (Software) dan perangkat keras (Hardware) yang dilengkapi dengan Intelligent System. Software yang banyak digunakan adalah Autodesk Revit, sedangkan hardware yang banyak digunakan adalah Drone dan Terestrial Lasser Scanner (TLS) dengan Intelligent System. Penggunaan perangkat tersebut lebih banyak digunakan untuk membuat visualisasi bangunan secara 3D, mempermudah dokumentasi, dan perhitungan volume material (Quantity Take Off).
