Seminar Pendidikan Kejuruan dan Teknik Sipil (SPKTS) is a forum for periodic scientific meetings held by the Undergraduate Program in Building Engineering Education and Applied Bachelor of Building Construction Engineering Technology, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta as a forum for communication and collaboration between students, educators, researchers, and practitioners in the field of vocational education, both in general and specifically in the fields of Civil Engineering and Building Engineering. SPKTS Proceedings are published twice a year (June and December).

Seminar Pendidikan Kejuran dan Teknik Sipil (SPKTS) was first held at the end of 2019 by the Civil Engineering Student Association (Himpunan Mahasiswa/ HIMA Teknik Sipil), Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, under the guidance of lecturers and heads of the Building Engineering Education study program and the Civil Engineering study program . That year, SPKTS collaborated with the Forum Komunikasi Mahasiswa Teknik Sipil Indonesia (FKMTSI) in a series of activities for the 30th National Forum, Jakarta, and Lampung. One year later, in 2020, SPKTS will be held twice, namely in June and November. Likewise, in 2021, SPKTS will begin to be routinely held every June and November. In 2022 SPKTS will be held in July.
At each seminar implementation, SPKTS Proceedings are published. Some SPKTS proceedings have been officially published with ISBN (International Standard Book Number).
