Improvement: Jurnal Ilmiah Untuk Peningkatan Mutu Manajemen Pendidikan, e-ISSN: 2597-8543; p-ISSN: 2355-5114, is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published twice a year (June & December) by Undergraduate Program in Educational Management, Faculty of Education and LPPM Universitas Negeri Jakarta Indonesia in collaboration with Asosiasi Program Studi Manajemen/Administrasi Pendidikan Indonesia (APMAPI) (see the MoU). The journal promotes research and scholarly discussion concerning the Sustainable Management of Education in academic disciplines and institutions, focusing on the advancement of scholarship in both formal and non-formal education. Improvement is accredited SINTA 4 based on the decree of Directorate of Higher Education, Research and Technology the Ministry of Education and Culture of Republik of Indonesia Number 79/E/KPT/2023 dated on 11 May 2023 (see the Certificate).

This issue is a regular publication containing 10 original research-based articles. Discussing several emergent themes in the area of educational management such as Total Quality Management (TQM), digital leadership and marketing strategies, artificial intelligence (AI) integration, curriculum management, and servant leadership these articles have been authored and co-authored by a total of 32 researchers from 5 different countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China, and Morocco).
