The manuscript submitted has not been published previously in other journal and also it is not under review process for other form publication. Furthermore, it is should be free from the plagiarism. The manuscript should be in Engtlish, both American and British are accepted. For numbering, please use coma to expres a thousand and use a dot to expres decimal point (i.e. 1,000.24).
Paper with words between 3,000 and 8,000 is preferred.

Please omit the titles and degrees,. The preferred form of an author's name is first name, middle initial(s), and last name
The authorsâ€™ affiliation identifies the location of the author(s) at the time the research was conducted, which is usually an institution. Include a dual affiliation only if two institutions contributed substantial support to the study. Include no more than two affiliations per author.
Manuscripts should be organized in the following order:
Title; abstract; keywords (indexing terms, normally three-to-six items); introduction; purpose: research methodology, results and discussion; conclusion; references; acknowledgment.

Heading 3: Times New Roman; 12 pt.; for example, Third
The abstract contains a summary of articles that reflect an overview of the issues discussed in the article and the things being criticized and written in a paragraph (a maximum of 200 words)
Keywords contain basic ideas or concepts that represent written fields. Maximum keywords 5 ideas or concepts
Describes the importance of the issues discussed along with the background, addresses the issues discussed and s literature review of the study;
Describes a clear statement of the objectives of the reseach
Describes the reseach methodology used in the study including collecting data and analysis techniques.
Results and discussion
This section contains a review of the issues being discussed. Its contents can include analysis, theoretical arguments on the issues discussed. A written sub-section can adjust to the issues being discussed
Conclusion: Contains the author's conclusions on the issues discussed, including suggestions or alternate attitudes if any;
References: Contains the sources referred to in article writing, only the sources used are listed in the reference.
Divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections (ex. 1., 2., 3., etc.). Subsections should be numbered 1.1, 1.2, etc., and sub-subsections should be numbered 1.1.1, 1.1.2, etc. Note that the abstract is not included in section numbering.
The text size of equations should be similar to normal text size. The formula should be placed center justified with serial number on the right. For example:
Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place a tableâ€™s caption above the tableâ€™s body and its description below the body. Avoid vertical rules. Be sparing in the use of tables and ensure that the data presented in tables do not duplicate results described elsewhere in the article.
JOBBE encourages authors to cite those items (journal articles, conference proceedings, book chapters, technical reports, working papers, dissertations, etc.) that have DOIs.
If the quotation comes from one source: (Agus Wibowo, 2012), (Dedi Purwana, 2015: 131), (Gurry & Yulk, 2006: 72), (Case, et.al., 2012) or (Agus Wibowo, et al. , 2015);
If the quotation comes from two sources with different authors: (Bush, 2009: 163; Choleman & Tracy, 2010: 254);
The reference is written alphabetically in accordance with the final name (without an academic degree), both foreign authors and Indonesian writers with examples as follows:
