Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) is an open-access scientific journal published online through the Open Journal System, published by the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Indonesia. JPEPA first published on Juni 23^th, 2020 (Volume 1. No 1 June 2020). Permission issuance of JPEPA based on Decree (SK) LIPI. 0005.27229750/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2020.07. Previously this journal was published twice a year, the number of articles is at least 10 articles per year. By 2021 the number of publications is 3 issues per year, i.e. in April, August, and December, and the number of articles is at least 10 articles each number. Every article that is sent to the Editor, will be reviewed and scrutinized by the editorial board for eligibility or publication without diminishing the substance of the article.

Related to the Dikti policy that requires all journals in the university to switch to the system of open journal system (OJS), then start Volume 3, No. 3 December 2022, JPEPA migration to UNJ OJS version. The changes are also followed by the change of JPEPA website address from http://pub.unj.ac.id/index.php/jpepa website to http://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jpepa.

The process of migration into integrated OJS in UNJ also followed various improvements and improvements to maintain the quality of service to researchers and loyal readers in general. Therefore, based on the editorial meeting of JPEPA on April 1^th, 2023, in order to improve the quality of article layouts, as well as the use of standard journal formats, starting from Issue Vol 4 No. 2 (August 2023), JPEPA use a new template, and all article submission processes will follow the new format. Also, the JPEPA website displays also gradually improved, until it can be indexed DOAJ. Based on the editorial meeting of JPEPA on October 20^th, 2023, we also continue to strive to improve the quality of manuscripts published on JPEPA by inviting reputable writers, editors and reviewers from Indonesia and abroad. So that, our editorial boards and reviewers come from Indonesia, China, Poland, Turkey, Pakistan, Nigeria and Vietnam, who come from various universities and have experience as writers, editors and reviewers in highly reputable journals.
