About the Journal

Jurnal Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Madani (JPMM) (E-ISSN: 2580-4332) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, located at Kampus A, Jl. Rawamangun Muka, East Jakarta 13220, Indonesia. The journal serves as a scientific platform for disseminating the results of community empowerment and development activities based on the application of science and technology, economics, education, business and entrepreneurship, social sciences, culture, and the arts.

JPMM is published biannually, in July and December, and publishes a total of 24 articles annually. All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a structured editorial screening and peer-review process to ensure academic quality, relevance, originality, and ethical compliance, without diminishing the substance of the authors’ work.

The journal is designed to strengthen the integration of academic knowledge, applied research, and community engagement, particularly in the field of economic and business education and its social impact. JPMM encourages contributions from academics and practitioners that demonstrate measurable outcomes, sustainability, and innovation in community empowerment.

Currently, Jurnal Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Madani (JPMM) is indexed in SINTA 4, and the journal is continuously committed to improving its editorial quality, governance, and international visibility in line with national accreditation standards and best practices in scholarly publishing. Through these efforts, JPMM aims to enhance its contribution to national development priorities and expand its impact at the international level.
