About the Journal
Edulegis: Indonesian Journal of Legal Studies is jointly published by Universitas Negeri Jakarta and managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The journal is dedicated to publishing critical, original, and high-quality scholarly works in the field of law and legal studies.
Edulegis aims to become an academic platform for researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, and students to discuss contemporary legal issues from various perspectives. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, international law, legal sociology, human rights, environmental law, cyber law, legal education, and public policy.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic integrity, originality, and contribution to the development of legal scholarship. Edulegis encourages interdisciplinary approaches and innovative legal analyses to respond to the dynamics and challenges of law in society.
Edulegis: Indonesian Journal of Legal Studies provides a forum for disseminating research findings, conceptual papers, and critical reviews that contribute to the advancement of legal knowledge and practice. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December, and welcomes submissions from both national and international contributors.
