Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study proposes a conceptual model for an innovative Learning Management System (LMS) that supports sustainable and inclusive digital education in the post-pandemic era. In response to the growing demand for adaptive, equitable, and engaging learning environments, this research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol. A total of 36 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024 were thematically analyzed to identify key design strategies. The findings highlight six critical elements for LMS optimization: gamification, adaptive learning, blended and hybrid delivery models, mobile accessibility, learning analytics, and digital literacy training. These components are synthesized into a conceptual framework that integrates pedagogical and technological innovation to enhance learner engagement, access, and long-term educational resilience. The proposed model offers practical insights for educators, instructional designers, and policymakers aiming to improve the effectiveness of digital learning platforms. It further contributes to the discourse on transforming digital education by emphasizing inclusive pedagogical approaches and scalable technology integration.
