Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the resilience carried out by Magista Squad in dealing with shocks, changes, and sustainability as an extracurricular organization of Paskibra. The subjects of this study were Paskibra SMAN 15 Tangerang involving coaches, leaders, and members of Magista Squad. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data triangulation was carried out by validating data with informants from school stakeholders and OSIS Sekbid Dua. The results of this study indicate that Magista Squad as a Paskibra extracurricular is an extracurricular that has many achievements and is even a favorite extracurricular at SMAN 15 Tangerang. However, Covid-19 hit and required Magista Squad to carry out resilience. Resilience is carried out through several efforts such as strengthening in groups, Gelora work programs and competitions. In these resilience efforts, Magista Squad uses five dimensions, namely organizational intelligence, resources, design, adaptation, and culture. The results of the resilience carried out by Magista Squad resulted in members who remained and won championships again and were trusted to be event performers.
