Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a music studio time monitoring and control system based on RFID integrated with IoT. The system combines an online reservation website, Midtrans payment method, REST API, and RFID to provide an automated solution for time management, user access validation, and electronic device control such as lights and power outlets. The website allows users to make reservations, top up point balances, and select rental schedules with secure and automated transactions. Testing using the Blackbox Testing method shows that both software and hardware function according to the initial design and programming. The integration of Midtrans payments ensures that balances are updated automatically without manual errors. This system provides an automated solution for music studio management and has the potential to be adapted for other applications requiring online reservations, digital payments, automation control, and time-based management.
