The data collection technique in this study used observation sheets. The results showed that the concentration of student learning increased through the application of the Student Team Achievement Division learning model. With the results in the first cycle showing the percentage of student learning concentration of 52%. In cycle II, the improvements made can increase the concentration of student learning by a percentage of 83%.
