Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi implementasi nilai-nilai sosialisme dalam konteks Generasi Alpha di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan analisis filosofis kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip sosialis dapat diadaptasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan unik generasi yang lahir di era digital ini. Hasil menunjukkan adanya keselarasan signifikan antara nilai-nilai sosialisme modern dengan karakteristik Generasi Alpha, terutama dalam hal kesetaraan akses sumber daya, jaminan sosial, dan keseimbangan antara individualitas dan kolektivisme. Studi ini menemukan bahwa sistem yang terinspirasi sosialisme seperti BPJS di Indonesia menawarkan solusi yang layak untuk tantangan Generasi Alpha, termasuk kelelahan digital dan ketidakpastian ekonomi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan mengidentifikasi sosialisme sebagai alternatif potensial untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara individualisme teknologi dan kebutuhan akan kohesi sosial pada Generasi Alpha. Temuan ini menunjukkan implikasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan sosial-ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif bagi generasi digital di Indonesia.
