Regarding the elderly, Adaptation of the Allophilia Scale for Older Adults broadens understanding of positive attitudes toward older adults, offering valuable insights for practitioners working with this population. The psychometric study Item Analysis of a Situational Judgment Test for Leadership Competencies in BUMN Employees Using the Rasch Model evaluates leadership competencies in public sector employees using the Rasch model, introducing a fresh perspective on competency-based performance assessments.
