Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman variasi latihan kelentukan pada pelatih INKANAS DKI Jakarta, meningkatkan pemahaman variasi latihan fleksibility pada pelatih INKANAS DKI Jakarta sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam meningkatkan prestasi Karate INKANAS DKI Jakarta, membawa dampak perubahan kebijakan dalam pembuatan program latihan khususnya latihan fleksibility serta meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas menulis publikasi ilmiah bagi peneliti. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 25 september 2022 di Jakarta dengan penyebaran kuisioner yang diisi oleh 77 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelatih Karate INKANAS DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Guttman. tingkat pemahaman variasi latihan fleksibility pada pelatih Inkanas DKI Jakarta secara keseluruhan ialah tinggi. Diperoleh hasil tertinggi ialah pada Sub Bahasan Fleksibility sebesar 83.31%. Dan hasil terendah ialah pada Sub Bahasan Dynamic Streching yakni sebesar 19.48%. Dimana kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan yang ada sudah cukup baik untuk kemudian dijadikan landasan dalam pengembangan pembuatan dan pelaksanaan program latihan yang ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang ada guna mencapai prestasi yang maksimal.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the level of understanding of flexibility training variations in INKANAS DKI Jakarta trainers, increase understanding of the variety of flexibility exercises in INKANAS DKI Jakarta trainers so that they can be applied in improving the achievements of INKANAS DKI Jakarta Karate, bringing the impact of policy changes in the creation of exercise programs, especially flexibility exercises and improving the quality and quantity of writing scientific publications for researchers. Data collection was carried out on September 25, 2022 in Jakarta with the distribution of questionnaires filled out by 77 respondents.The respondents in this study were INKANAS DKI Jakarta Karate trainers. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Guttman method.the level of understanding of the variation of flexibility training in the Inkanas DKI Jakarta trainer as a whole is high. The highest result was obtained in the Flexibility Sub-Discussion of 83.31%. And the lowest result was in the Dynamic Streching Sub-Discussion, which was 19.48%. Where this condition shows that the existing capabilities are good enough to then be used as a basis in the development of making and implementing exercise programs aimed at maximizing potential that exists in order to achieve maximum achievements.
