Efektivitas Tes Kelentukan Sit and Reach dan Thomas Test Terhadap Kemampuan Tendangan Del’o Chagi Pada Antero Taekwondo Club

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas fleksibility test Sit and reach dan Thomas test terhadap kemampuan tendangan Del’o chagi. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil melalui pelaksanaan test fleksibility dan penilaian kemampuan tendangan. Sample dibagi 2 kelompok masing-masing 13 atlet. Hasil menunjukkan 1) Pada kelompok Sit and reach didapatkan hasil bahwa kemampuan Fleksibility nya ialah Cukup Baik dan kemampuan tendangannya Baik. 2) Pada kelompok Thomas test didapatkan hasil bahwa kemampuan Fleksibility nya ialah sangat Baik dan kemampuan tendangannya Cukup Baik.

ABSTRACT. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the flexibility test Sit and reach and Thomas test on Del'o chagi kicking ability. Data collection techniques were taken through carrying out flexibility tests and assessing kicking ability. The sample was divided into 2 groups of 13 athletes each. The results show 1) In the Sit and reach group, the results showed that their flexibility ability was quite good and their kicking ability was good. 2) In the Thomas test group, the results showed that their flexibility ability was very good and their kicking ability was quite good.
