Pengaruh Latihan Tahap Persiapan Khusus Terhadap Komposisi Tubuh Pemain Bola Basket Putra Universitas Negeri Jakarta

ABSTRAK. Tahap Persiapan Khusus (TPK) adalah salah satu tahapan periodisasi latihan yang dilaksanakan untuk mempersiapkan kondisi fisik pada tahapan selanjutnya yaitu Tahap Pra Kompetisi dan Tahap Kompetisi Utama. Pada pelaksanaan latihan di masa TPK pada pemain bola basket, tujuan latihan terfokus pada penyiapan kualitas otot untuk mendukung pemain bola basket melakukan teknik bola basket dengan performa yang optimum pada saat pertandingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengaruh latihan TPK terhadap komposisi tubuh pemain bola basket yang terdiri dari body fat (prosentase lemak) dan massa otot. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 pemain bola basket putra anggota Klub Olahraga Prestasi Bola Basket Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan TPK terhadap body fat (prosentase lemak) dan massa otot pemain bola basket.

ABSTRACT. The Special Preparation Stage (TPK) is one of the periodic training stages carried out to prepare physical conditions for the next stages, namely the Pre-Competition Stage and the Main Competition Stage. When carrying out training during the TPK period for basketball players, the aim of the training is focused on preparing muscle quality to support basketball players in carrying out basketball techniques with optimum performance during the match. The aim of this research is the effect of TPK training on basketball players' body composition, which consists of body fat (fat percentage) and muscle mass. The sample for this research was 12 male basketball players who were members of the Jakarta State University Basketball Achievement Sports Club. Based on the research results, it was found that there was an effect of TPK training on body fat (fat percentage) and muscle mass of basketball players.
