Abstract

This article is intended for people who like to improve the quality of Muslim resources through Islamic Theology-Based Religious Education. This effort needs to be optimized given the role as well as al-hadith also calling for hard work to achieve a good life. Based on the analysis of several steps that must be taken to realize the idealism is, a rationalist approach PAI learning, role model, internalization of theology work ethic in the curriculum, and optimal government budget.

Abstrak

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana nmeningkatkan kualitas sumber daya umat muslim melalui Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Teologi Kerja. Upaya ini perlu dioptimalkan mengingat PAI mempunyai peran penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik, dan al- Quran maupun al-hadits juga menyerukan ajakan kerja keras untuk mencapai kehidupan yang baik. Berdasarkan analisis beberapa langkah yang harus ditempuh untuk mewujudkan idealisme tersebut adalah,  pendekatan pembelajaran PAI yang rasionalis, suri tauladan, internalisasi teologi etos kerja dalam kurikulum, dan dukungan pemerintah yang optimal.
