YUNI PUSPITA SARI: The Effect of using the mask of Biji Kembang Pukul Empat(Mirabilis jalapa L.) to decrease the acne (Acne vulgaris) type of minor.

This study aims to determine whether there is any effect by using the mask of biji kembang pukul empat (Mirabilis jalapa L.) in the treatment offacial skin to decrease the acne in type minor.

The population which used at this research are acne in the face students of Department Tata Rias who attain the age of 18-25 years old. The sample’s number as many as 10 persons, and it’s been one team. These ten pimpled persons are observed before action and then they observed again after the action with using the mask of biji kembang pukul empat.

According to the theoritical description, so it can be conclused of research hypotheses : that there is the effect of using the mask of biji kembang pukul empat (Mirabilis jalapa L.) to decrease the acne (Acne vulgaris) in type of minor. The methode which used in this research is pre-experiment’s methode.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan masker biji kembang pukul empat (Mirabilis jalapa L.) dalam perawatan kulit wajah terhadap pengurangan jerawat tipe ringan.

Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu jerawat di wajah mahasiswa wanita Pendidikan Tata Rias yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang, dijadikan satu kelompok. 10 orang berjerawat tipe ringan ini diamati sebelum perlakuan dan kemudian diamati lagi setelah perlakuan dengan menggunakan masker biji kembang pukul empat.

Berdasarkan deskripsi teoritis, maka dapat dirumuskan hipotesis penelitian : terdapat pengaruh penggunaan masker biji kembang pukul empat (Mirabilis jalapaL.) terhadap pengurangan jerawat (Acne vulgaris) tipe ringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Pre-eksperimen.
