Journal History

Kagami is a journal that focuses on publishing articles concerning Japanese education and language. It is published twice a year, in June and December. It published 11 volumes in print from 2010 to 2020. It first began publishing articles as an open-access journal in June 2021. The editorial team consists of one Editor-in-Chief, one journal manager, and four section editors. Meanwhile, the reviewers consist of 10 individuals with expertise in the fields of Japanese education and language from various universities in Indonesia, namely Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Waseda University, Universitas Jendral Soedirman, Universitas Bung Hatta, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Universitas Komputer Indonesia, and Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The articles accepted are in accordance with the scope of the Kagami journal and come from various higher education institutions in Indonesia.
